This hands-on learning experience will provide practical nutrition tools to help students make the most of the Market Places. After learning about the menu, attendees will walk through the Market Place and build a plate with support from a UHD Registered Dietitian. Then, it's time to dine and discuss! Attendees will engage in a guided conversation to share nutrition tips and tricks with their peers.
Attendees will need to use a meal swipe or purchase a walk-in meal.
Each session is limited to 20 participants.
