Starting Tuesday, June 4, Street Hawk Food Truck will be outside the IMU MTWF. Thursdays will be in the courtyard between the Medical Education Research Facility (MERF), Eckstein Medical Research Building (EMRB), Bowen Science Building (BSB), and the Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building (PBDB) for Science Thursdays.
During the academic year, the Street Hawk Food Truck is located at the Main Library Plaza (Monday) T. Anne Cleary Walkway (Tuesday, Friday) and the Iowa Memorial Union (Thursday). New for the 2024-25 school year: the Street Hawk will park outside Mayflower Hall from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings! Use a flex swipe and eat your meal overlooking the river.
On the menu you will find items such as BBQ bacon burgers, chicken sandwiches, tacos, classic Iowa tenderloins, homemade falafel sandwiches and freshly made potato chips. Bottled Coke products, cookies, and gluten-free buns are also available at this location. The Street Hawk Food Truck is cashless. We accept flex swipes, Hawkeye Dollars, UI Charge, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Please note: The Street Hawk will be closed on days that the temperature, including windchill, is 10 degrees or below.
