Summer 2024 Dining

NEW THIS SUMMER! Black's Gold Grill will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday from June 3 - Aug. 9. Ice cream will be available at Black's Gold Grill starting June 10!

Burge Market Place will be the only market place open this summer (June 1 - Aug. 2) to support camps, conferences, and walk-ins. See the daily menu here.

Starting Tuesday, June 4, Street Hawk Food Truck will be outside the IMU MTWF. Thursdays will be in the courtyard between the Medical Education Research Facility (MERF), Eckstein Medical Research Building (EMRB), Bowen Science Building (BSB), and the Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building (PBDB) for Science Thursdays.

Market2Go

Students with a university meal plan will be provided one to-go container, free of charge, for the academic year. Additional containers are $5.00, available for purchase at market places. Each person with a meal plan will have a virtual token on their Iowa One card that may be redeemed for a Market2Go box or a carabiner to claim their box the next time they need to take their meal to go. Bring your empty box back to deposit in the bin for cleaning and either take a clean box to fill for your to-go meal, or get a carabiner to trade later.
