Limitations (The Fine Print)

All meal packages are a contract between the University and the named contract holder (the student). The services and products provided under this contract cannot be sold or transferred to others. ID cards cannot be used to admit others into the market places. To help ensure meal plans are used fairly, a 25 minute reuse delay is placed on a card each time a meal is used. Additional swipes used before the 25 minute reuse delay expires will be deducted from the cardholder's Flex meal balance. Contract holders with eligible meal packages may use guest meals to allow guests to eat for free. Meal Plans do not roll over at the end of the semester.
Meals are served seven days a week, with Sunday evening meals offered only at Hillcrest Market Place, Union Station, and Food For Thought Café. Additional meal plan terms and conditions are available on the housing website and the Meal Package Refund policy page.
